NOSE BLEACH™ is NOT a bottle for first-timers or even someone who can snort a handful of ampules and maintain composure.  If you have never used smelling salts before you should start with HYPE DUST™ or NOSE CANDY™ to help judge your tolerance for ammonia before diving into the deep waters with Nose Bleach™.
