Recommended Use or Purpose:
Take 1 serving (approx. 13g) mixed in 400–500 ml of water, ideally before or during training session, in the morning to support cognitive function and muscle preservation while fasting or as a low-calorie snack for metabolic support. Optimizes muscle growth and maintenance. Improves both physical and mental performance during workouts. Provides a protein-free alternative to shakes (ideal when fasting or before meals). Accelerates muscular and neurological recovery.
Recommended Dosage: Adults (18 years or older): 1 serving per day.
